Manufactured at our Stoke-on-Trent workshop by experienced staff, the frame is constructed from hot rolled angle welded together to give maximum strength and torsional stiffness. It is then  hot dip galvanised for maximum corrosion resistance. The fully independent suspension system is then fitted to the chassis, and the frame is clad with hexagrip providing an extremely strong and whether resistant construction. The lights are protected from accidental damage by a lighting channel, with the cable running through a steel tube*.
